I would like to welcome you all to our fire department's web page. We have many link's here to fire safety webpages where a wealth of fire safety information can be obtained. Please remember to check your smoke detector batteries at least twice a year. In addition, to help protect you and your family until our crews arrive, please have a family home evacuation plan in place and understood by each family member. This plan should include defining all exits and setting a meeting place outside of the house. Please also remember to conduct a family fire safety drill at least once a year. Lastly, if you ever see or smell smoke, and are not sure if something is wrong or not, please call us right away so we can ascertain that there is no fire. If we get there and it is a false alarm, we will all be happy.
